Covid-19 Update

During these uncertain times the team at Specialist Insulation Supplies are doing everything we can to support our customers, whilst ensuring that we take as many precautions as possible to protect our team at all times. So we are currently running a skeleton staff within the office & warehouse, and have put measures in place that we can safely take & process orders, and then load these orders on to the vans safely. The logistics team have introduced systems that mean we can continue to trade as normal (as normal as we can in these unprecedented times) and carry on giving our customers a first class service.

We have also put procedures in place to allow for customers to collect materials from the depot safely, so if the order is phoned  / emailed in advance the materials will be put in a secure area prior to the collection being made, so again this transaction can be carried out in a safe manner.

The telephones and emails are being monitored and answered as per normal, so all calls / emails will be dealt with as need be.

We are hopeful that we will soon be back to normal operations but in the meantime we are still there to look after our customers.
